Individual Counseling
Individual therapy starts with clarifying your goals. These may include becoming more aware of your thought and behavior patterns that cause distress, obtaining practical skills to manage strong negative emotions, and wanting to show up more authentically in your relationships. In our sessions we can draw upon the following treatment modalities: EMDR, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Techniques. Our work is always collaborative, meant to empower you to understand your drives and desires and provide you with a space to practice authenticity without fear of judgement. It’s a privilege for me to hear your story and provide you with the support and resources you seek.
